Coordinate viewings without leaving onOffice
The property sits in onOffice, the prospects sit in onOffice – and you still arrange the viewings by phone and type them back in afterwards. onOffice is the deepest integration timum has: activate the app in the Marketplace, open the “Appointments” tab on the property, invite prospects with the onOffice mail template. After about five minutes prospects book for themselves – and every booking appears as an onOffice appointment, participant included.

How It Works
Activate it in the Marketplace
timum for Estates for appointments on properties, timum for Agents for appointments with your consultants. After activation, timum appears directly inside onOffice.
Open the “Appointments” tab
The click creates the property in timum and links it. Then you define when viewings are possible – as consultation hours or as fixed bookable appointments.
Invite with the onOffice mail template
The template “timum – Terminkoordination für Immobilien” comes with the personalized booking link. From the moment you send it, prospects book for themselves; every booking is in timum and an appointment in onOffice.

The “Appointments” tab on the property creates the property in timum and links it – no export, no typing in property numbers. And once the property is archived in onOffice, a Process Manager webhook deactivates it in timum again.

The viewing booked in the evening is in the calendar the next morning as an onOffice appointment with the prospect. With PROFESSIONAL, every onOffice appointment – notary meeting, property survey – blocks that time in timum in return.
New colleagues without setup
Anyone who opens the “Appointments” tab while logged into onOffice is created in timum automatically and linked to their onOffice user – the agent in charge of a property even when someone else opens the tab. External people without an onOffice user you invite by email.
One reference property per apartment type
Instead of making 80 individual apartments bookable, you activate one reference apartment per type and put its reference number into a dedicated onOffice mail template. All prospects for that type book the same property – as a group appointment, without learning about each other.
