“Tuesday at 2, Wednesday at 10 or Friday at 4?” – and then five emails of ping-pong. With the exclusive appointment invitation you send exactly those proposals as a bookable link: the contact clicks, the appointment stands.
How It Works
Select appointments
In the calendar, use the context menu “Selection” to put appointments or availabilities into the selection bar.
Configure the link
In the selection dialog under “Share as link”, optionally set appointment types and the booking view.
Send it
Copy the link and send it by email or messenger to the contacts you want; bookings can only be made from your selection.
Key Benefits
You pick individual appointments or availabilities directly in the calendar and turn them into a booking link – every other time stays invisible.
Closed (private) appointments become bookable this way too – exclusively for the recipients of the link, through no other channel.
Appointment type and booking view can be chosen per link – the list view suits a few appointments spread over a long period.
For permanently exclusive access there is also the Second Booking Link with its own rules and an “Invite” button – up to automated sending from onOffice.
